Abstract: Feline idiopathic cystitis（FIC）is a common disease in cats. There are still many controversies about its diagnosis and treatment. This manuscript reviewed the latest research and clinical cases on the pathogenesis， diagnosis，and treatment of FIC in recent years. The use of sedatives，antispasmodics，analgesics，anti?inflammatory drugs，and antibiotics has gradually become a consensus in the treatment of FIC. Meanwhile，some traditional procedures such as catheterization are increasingly being criticized. In addition，the application of multiple etiologies， multimodal environment optimization （MEMO） strategies and prescribed diets for lower urinary tract disease is recommended for the long ?term management of FIC. Collectively，this review will provide useful information for the treatment of FIC at veterinary clinics.

摘要： 猫特发性膀胱炎（Feline idiopathic cystitis，FIC）是临床上的常见病，其诊断和治疗迄 今为止仍存在诸多争议。在FIC的治疗中，镇静剂、解痉药、镇痛药、消炎药和抗菌药的使用已 经逐渐形成共识，导尿等传统操作越来越受到置疑。推荐采用多模式环境优化（MEMO）和下 泌尿道处方粮等方式进行FIC的长期管理。本文综述近年关于FIC的发病机制、诊断方法和治 疗方案的最新研究成果，以期对FIC的临床诊治有所帮助。
