摘要/Abstract

摘要： 白术，性温，味甘、苦，有健脾益气、燥湿利水、安胎、止汗的功能，主治动物脾虚泄泻、水肿、胎动不安、虚汗等。白术提取物含有挥发油、多糖、内酯等多种有效成分，具有多种药理作用，如改善肠胃、调节免疫、抗炎抗菌、调节激素分泌、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤等。本文就白术及其提取物的有效成分、药理作用及不良反应等方面的研究进展进行了综述，以期为白术在兽医临床用药和新兽药开发提供参考依据。

Abstract: Atractylodes macrocephala，warm in nature，sweet and bitter in taste，has the functions of invigorating the spleen and nourishing qi，dryness dampness，calming fetus and preventing perspiration. Atractylodes macrocephala extract contains volatile oils，polysaccharides，lactones and other active ingredients，and has a variety of pharmacological effects，such as improving the stomach，regulating immunity，anti?inflammatory and antibacterial， regulating hormone secretion，anti?oxidation，anti?aging，and anti?tumor. In this paper，the research progress on the active ingredients，pharmacological effects and adverse reactions of Atractylodes macrocephala and its extracts was reviewed，which provides a basis for the clinical application of Atractylodes macrocephala and the development of new veterinary drugs.
