摘要: 多杀性巴氏杆菌相关疾病是由多杀性巴氏杆菌(Pasteurella multocida,Pm)引起一种 广泛存在于全世界大部分地区的人兽共患病,该菌可感染牛、羊、猪、兔等多种家畜,引起出血 性败血症和传染性肺炎,给养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失。目前,Pm疾病的防控手段主要是 给家畜接种Pm减毒疫苗和灭活疫苗,但是由于Pm具有不同的血清型,Pm疫苗对动物起到的 免疫保护效果不太理想。本文对Pm的分型、Pm的毒力因子特点及Pm基因工程疫苗研究过程 中的新发现进行总结,以期为新型Pm疫苗研究以及免疫策略的制定提供借鉴。

Abstract: Pasteurella multocida?associated disease is a human?animal disease caused by Pasteurella multocida (Pm),which is widespread in most parts of the world. Infection with Pm in cattle,sheep,pigs,rabbits,and otherlivestock can cause hemorrhagic septicemia and infectious pneumonia,causing huge economic losses to the livestock and poultry farming industry. At present,the prevention and control of Pm disease is mainly through the vaccination of livestock with attenuated Pm vaccine and inactivated vaccine,but because Pm has different serotypes,the immune protection of Pm vaccine on animals is less than ideal. Therefore,this paper summarizes the typing of Pm,the characteristics of Pm virulence factors. and new findings in the research of Pm genetically engineered vaccines,to provide reference for the research of new Pm vaccines and the development of immunization strategies.
