Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the effects of chocolate product on the performance and anti⁃diarrhea of piglet. 66 piglets were randomly divided into 2 groups with 3 replicates of 11 pigs each. The Piglets were fed the control diet or the control diet with 5% chocolate product instead of 2.5% low⁃protein whey powder for 14 days. In this study， compared to the control，dietary supplementation of 5% chocolate product significantly increased the average body weight gain（P<0.01），while dietary supplementation of 5% chocolate product significantly reduced the feed/gain ratio of the Piglets（P<0.01），as well as the diarrhoea rate decreased by 74%. In conclusion，dietary supplementation of 5% chocolate product can improve the growth performance of piglets and reduce the diarrhea rate of piglets. As an alternative to whey powder，chocolate product has great potential.

摘要： 该试验旨在研究巧克力粉对仔猪生长性能的影响和巧克力粉的抗腹泻效果。试验选取体重相近的66头仔猪随机分成两个组，每组3个重复，每个重复11头仔猪。对照组饲喂正常日粮（含5%乳清粉+2.5%白糖），试验组饲喂含巧克力粉日粮（含2.5%乳清粉+5%巧克力粉），试验周期为14天。试验结果表明，试验组相较于对照组，极显著地提高了平均日增重，同时也极显著地降低了料肉比（P<0.01）；与此同时，在抗腹泻效果方面，试验组的腹泻率相较于对照组下降了74%。综上所述，日粮中添加5%巧克力粉可以提高仔猪的生长性能和降低仔猪腹泻率，巧克力粉有着作为乳清粉替代原料的巨大潜力。
