Abstract: Newcastle Disease Virus(NDV)has been successfully used as a vaccine carrier in a variety of human and animal diseases to develop vaccines. Studies have shown that recombinant Newcastle disease virus (rNDV) vector vaccines have better performance in humoral immunity,mucosal immunity,and challenge protection compared with traditional vaccines. NDV vector has become a ideal tool for the development of safe,efficient,low toxicity,and better immunogenicity vector vaccines. The advances of novel vaccines for poultry,mammals,and humans using NDV as a vaccine vector are reviewed,to provide new ideas for the development of more epidemic vaccines using NDV vector.

摘要: 新城疫病毒(Newcastle Disease Virus,NDV)作为载体已成功地应用于多种人类和动 物疫病疫苗的研发中。大量研究表明,重组新城疫病毒(Recombinant NDV,rNDV)载体疫苗相 较于传统疫苗无论在体液免疫、黏膜免疫,还是攻毒保护等方面均有较好的表现。NDV载体已 成为研制安全、高效、低毒、免疫原性更佳的载体疫苗的重要工具。该文综述了利用NDV作为 疫苗载体的反向遗传学技术在家禽、哺乳动物和人用新型疫苗研制方面的进展,以期为更好地 利用NDV载体研制更多的疫苗提供新的思路。
