Abstract: The cultivation of innovative talents is not only the core task for the country to build a world ? class university and a first ? class discipline，but also an important prerequisite for the realization of the goal of New Agricultural Science. Animal husbandry is the pillar industry of agriculture and rural economy in our country，and college students，as the main executors of future scientific research，play an important role in the development of animal husbandry. The cultivation of scientific research innovation ability of college students should follow the process of discovering，analyzing，putting forward，solving and perfecting problems. This paper discusses how to guide the subjective initiative of college students in the perspective of New Agricultural Science，hoping to provide reference for the establishment of innovative talents training model of animal husbandry in our country.

摘要： 创新性人才培养是国家建设世界一流大学和一流学科的核心任务，也是实现“新农 科”目标的重要前提。畜牧业是我国农业和农村经济的支柱产业，而大学生作为未来科学研究 的主要执行者，对我国畜牧业的规模化、智能化发展发挥重要作用。大学生的科研创新能力的 培养，需遵循发现问题、分析问题、提出问题、解决问题并持续完善的过程。本文探讨了在“新 农科”视域下，如何正确引导大学生学习的主观能动性，期望为我国畜牧业创新人才培养模式 建立提供借鉴。
