Abstract: Intervertebral disc disease is a disease in which cartilaginous degeneration of nucleus pulposus of the intervertebral disc leads to disc herniation and compression of the spinal cord and nerve roots，and is the most common neurological dysfunction in small animals. In this paper，a case of canine Hansen type I lumbar disc herniation in a dog was diagnosed and treated，and the relevant literature was analyzed in order to provide some reference for the diagnosis and treatment of clinical related diseases.

摘要： 椎间盘疾病是椎间盘髓核的软骨样变性导致椎间盘突出、脊髓与神经根受压的疾 病，是小动物最常见的神经功能障碍问题。本文针对一例犬汉森Ⅰ型腰椎间盘突出进行诊 治，并结合相关文献作一分析，旨在为临床相关疾病诊疗提供一定的参考和借鉴。
