岳阳鸽、石岐鸽与欧洲肉鸽米玛斯品系外貌特征、生长和繁殖性能比较分析

摘要: 中国肉鸽产业已成为继鸡、鸭、鹅后的第四大家禽产业。岳阳鸽作为湖南省岳阳县特有遗传资源,年出栏超1000万羽,但当前对其品种特性的系统性研究不足。为评估岳阳鸽与其他品种的差异,该研究对岳阳鸽、石岐鸽与欧洲肉鸽米玛斯品系开展外貌、生长和繁殖性能的系统性对比分析。结果显示三者在体型、头型、腿部及羽色等方面均存在明显差异。生长性能上,米玛斯体重、胫围和胸深极显著高于另外两者(P<0.01);体斜长岳阳鸽极显著高于另外两者(P<0.01);米玛斯公鸽胫长、胸宽极显著高于另外两者(P<0.01),颈围极显著高于岳阳鸽(P<0.01)。屠宰性能上,米玛斯宰前活重最高、半净膛率极显著高于岳阳鸽(P<0.01);岳阳鸽全净膛率显著高于另外两者(P<0.05),腹脂率极显著高于石岐鸽(P<0.01)。繁殖性能上,石岐鸽产蛋窝次、出雏数极显著低于米玛斯(P<0.01),年产乳鸽数其与米玛斯极显著高于岳阳鸽(P<0.01)。肉蛋品质上,石岐鸽和米玛斯蛋重、pH值更优,岳阳鸽肉色红度、剪切力及蛋黄色泽表现较好。综上,三品种鸽在生长性能、繁殖性能、肉蛋品质上均存在显著或极显著差异。本研究明确了岳阳鸽的品种特性与生产潜力,为其鸽种质资源保护、育种方案优化及产业高质量发展提供数据与理论参考。

Abstract: As China's meat pigeon industry has become the fourth largest poultry sector following chickens, ducks,and geese,the Yueyang pigeon,a unique genetic resource of Yueyang County in Hunan Province,boasts an annual slaughter output of over 10 million birds. However,there is a lack of systematic research on its breed characteristics. To evaluate the differences between Yueyang pigeon and other breeds,this study conducted a comparative analysis of the morphology traits,growth performance,and reproductive performance of Yueyang pigeon, Shiqi pigeon,and the European meat pigeon Mimas strain. The results revealed significant differences in body shape, head shape,legs,and feather color among the three breeds. Regarding growth performance,the Mimas strain exhibited extremely significant advantages in body weight,shank circumference,and chest depth over the other two breeds(P<0.01). The body slant length of Yueyang pigeon was extremely significantly greater than that of the other two(P<0.01). In male pigeons,the Mimas strain showed extremely significantly greater shank length and chest width than the other breeds(P<0.01),and its neck circumference was extremely significantly larger than that of Yueyang pigeon(P<0.01). In terms of slaughter performance,the Mimas strain had the highest live body weight at slaughter, and its semi⁃evisceration yield was extremely significantly higher than that of Yueyang pigeon(P<0.01). The full⁃ evisceration yield of Yueyang pigeon was significantly higher than that of the other two breeds(P<0.05),and its abdominal fat percentage was extremely significantly higher than that of Shiqi pigeon(P<0.01). For reproductive performance,the number of clutches and the number of chicks hatched of Shiqi pigeon were extremely significantly lower than those of the Mimas strain(P<0.01),but the annual squab production of both Shiqi and Mimas was extremely significantly higher than that of Yueyang pigeon(P<0.01). In meat and egg quality,Shiqi and Mimas pigeons were superior in egg weight and pH value,while Yueyang pigeon demonstrated better performance in meat redness(a* value),shear force,and yolk color. In conclusion,significant or extremely significant differences were observed in growth performance,reproductive performance,and meat and egg quality among the three pigeon breeds. This study clarifies the breed characteristics and production potential of Yueyang pigeon,providing data and theoretical references for the conservation of its germplasm resources,optimization of breeding programs,and high⁃ quality development of the industry.
