The Impact of Dietary Supplementation with Cardamine violifolia on Serum Biochemistry Parameters and Blood Cell Classification in Weaned Piglets

日粮中添加堇叶碎米荠对断奶仔猪血清生化指标和血细胞分类的影响

Abstract: This study investigated the effects of dietary supplementation with Cardamine violifolia on serum biochemical parameters and blood cell profiles in weaned piglets. Twenty?four healthy weaned piglets aged(35±1) days were randomly assigned to four treatment groups with six replicates per group. The experimental dietary regimens were as follows:(1)Control group(selenium?deficient basal diet);(2)Sodium selenite group(basal diet+0.3 mg/kg sodium selenite);(3)Cardamine violifolia group(basal diet + 0.3 mg/kg Cardamine violifolia);and(4)Selenium yeast group(basal diet + 0.3 mg/kg selenium yeast). Serum and whole blood samples were collected on days 14 and 28 of the feeding trial. The results showed that compared with the control group,dietary supplementation with Cardamine violifolia and selenium yeast significantly reduced serum levels of alanine aminotransferase,creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase(P<0.05). Additionally,Cardamine violifolia significantly increased white blood cell count, and monocyte percentage. In contrast, dietary sodium selenite showed a significant increase in aspartate aminotransferase compared to the control(P<0.05)and increased hemoglobin concentration and mean corpuscular volume. In conclusion,Cardamine violifolia enhances immune function in piglets by modulating serum biochemical parameters and improving hematological profiles,thereby reducing inflammation,mitigating liver and muscle damage,improving lipid metabolism,and ultimately promoting the overall health.

摘要: 该文旨在探究日粮中添加堇叶碎米荠对断奶仔猪血清生化指标和血细胞分类计数 的影响。选取(35±1)日龄的健康断奶仔猪24头,按照体重随机分为4个处理,每个处理6个重 复。试验分组:(1)对照组(缺硒的基础日粮);(2)亚硒酸钠组(基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg亚硒酸钠); (3)碎米荠硒组(基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg 堇叶碎米荠);(4)酵母硒组(基础日粮+0.3 mg/kg 酵母 硒)。分别在饲喂14 d和28 d采集血清和全血样本待测。结果显示:与对照组相比,日粮中添 加碎米荠和酵母硒能显著降低血清谷丙转氨酶、肌酸激酶和乳酸脱氢酶水平(P<0.05),同时堇 叶碎米荠还能显著提高白细胞数量和单核细胞比例(P<0.05);相比之下,亚硒酸钠组血清谷草 转氨酶显著高于对照组(P<0.05),血红蛋白数量和红细胞体积较对照组也有所增加。综上所 述,堇叶碎米荠能通过优化血清生化指标和改善血细胞参数,增强仔猪的免疫功能,降低炎症 以及肝脏和肌肉损伤,改善脂代谢,从而提高仔猪的健康水平。
