Abstract: Pythiosis is a rare infectious disease in animals，with few clinical reports available. It poses considerable challenges in diagnosis and demonstrates limited response to therapeutic interventions. This study documents and analyzes a clinical case of pythiosis，including the diagnostic examinations，diagnostic process，and treatment outcomes，with the aim of providing veterinary clinicians with diagnostic insights and practical reference.

摘要： 腐霉菌病是一种罕见的感染性疾病。在动物临床中较少有报道且难以诊断，药物治疗效果差。该报告记录了临床动物医生在面对腐霉菌病这种罕见疾病时所进行的检查、诊断和治疗过程，为临床诊断该疾病提供提示。
