Abstract: Equine theileriosis is a tick ? borne disease caused by Theileria equi infection,which is globally prevalent and leads to substantial economic losses in the equine industry. Laboratory diagnostic techniques are crucial for confirmation equine theileriosis, implementing quarantine measures, and conducting epidemiological investigations. Data obtained from epidemiological surveys enhance our understanding of the disease's patterns and characteristics. This article reviews and compare the recent advancements in T. equi detection methods and provides a comprehensive overview of its global epidemiological profile across different regions. The aim is to offer valuable insights for developing effective diagnosis and integrated control strategies.

摘要: 马泰勒虫病是由马泰勒虫感染马属动物引起的蜱传血液原虫病,该病流行范围广泛,为马产业带来巨大经济损失。因此实验室检测技术对于马泰勒虫临床确诊、马匹检疫、流行病学调查等具有重要意义。流行病学调查数据有助于阐明马泰勒虫病规律和特征。该文分析比较马泰勒虫检测技术的发展现状,综合分析国内外不同地区马泰勒虫流行情况的研究进展,以期为马泰勒虫的检测诊断和综合防控提供参考。
