摘要: 小麦是世界第二大粮食作物,在我国位居第三,其加工产生的副产物小麦麸粗蛋白质和粗纤维含量较高,有效能值略低于玉米,是重要的能量饲料原料之一。然而小麦麸因来源、加工方式及抗营养因子等的不同,导致小麦麸的营养价值差异较大,制约着其饲用价值。因此,该文主要针对不同小麦麸营养成分的差异、猪的有效能和氨基酸消化率及其在猪生产中的应用进行综述。

Abstract: Wheat is the second largest food crop in the world,ranking third in China. The crude protein and crude fiber content of wheat bran produced by its by⁃product processing is higher,and the available energy value is slightly lower than that of corn,which is one of the important energy feed raw materials. However,due to the different sources,processing methods and anti⁃nutrition factors,the nutritional value of wheat bran is very different,which restricts its feeding value. Therefore,this paper mainly reviewed the differences of nutritional components of different wheat bran,the available energy and amino acid digestibility of pigs and their applications in pig production.
