快大型马冈鹅早期生长曲线拟合及体重与体尺性状的相关性分析

摘要: 为探究快大型马冈鹅早期生长发育规律,该研究采用Logistic、Gompertz和Von Ber- talanffy三种非线性生长曲线拟合模型对264只快大型马冈鹅(公鹅130只,母鹅134只)1-90 日龄的体重进行拟合,并对70日龄的体重与体尺进行相关性分析。结果显示,公鹅的最佳生 长曲线拟合模型为Logistic模型(R2=0.998),拐点日龄为39.9 d,拐点体重为2 272.05 g,成熟体 重为4 434.85 g;而母鹅的最佳生长曲线拟合模型为Gompertz 模型(R2=0.999),拐点日龄为 31.5 d,拐点体重为1 564.31 g,成熟体重为3 888.30 g。70日龄马冈鹅的体尺与体重之间存在 显著正相关(P<0.05),其中胫围与体重的相关性最强,因此,建议快大型马冈鹅在早期体重选 育时可将胫围作为参考。为充分发挥快大型马冈鹅公鹅和母鹅早期生长发育的潜力,建议公 鹅在1-40日龄阶段着重提高营养水平,而母鹅在1-32日龄阶段提供充足营养较为适宜。

Abstract: To investigate the early growth patterns of fast 􀆼growing Magang geese,this study employed three nonlinear growth curve models(Logistic,Gompertz,and Von Bertalanffy)to analyze the body weights of 264 fast- growing Magang geese(130 males and 134 females)from 1 to 90 days of age. Additionally,a correlation analysis was conducted between body weight and various body measurements at 70 days of age. The results revealed that the Logistic model was the optimal growth curve model for male geese,with an R2 value of 0.998. The inflection point for male geese occurred at 39.9 days,with a corresponding body weight of 2 272.05 g,and the estimated mature weight was 4 434.85 g. For female geese,the best-fitting model was the Gompertz model(R2=0.999),with an inflection point at 31.5 days,an inflection point weight of 1 564.31 g,and a mature weight of 3 888.30 g. A significant positive correlation(P<0.05)was observed between body weight and body measurements at 70 days of age,with shank circumference demonstrating the strongest correlation. Therefore,it is recommended that shank circumference be used as a reference for early weight selection in fast-growing Magang geese. To optimize the early growth potential of both male and female geese,it is suggested that male geese should receive enhanced nutritional levels during the first 40 days of age,while female geese should be provided with adequate nutrition during the first 32 days of age.
