Yeast and its metabolites have many biological functions，such as improving animal immunity，feed conversion rate，promoting animal growth，and improving the quality of animal products. Until now，yeast and its products have been widely used as additives in feed. In the paper，the types of yeast products currently in the market， (such as feed yeast，yeast cell wall，yeast extract，yeast culture，active dry yeast，and other yeast products) and their function characteristics were reviewed，with the aimto provide theoreticalbasis for the research and application of yeast products reference basis.
