In recent years，phenomena such as the rapid expansion of chain hospitals，and the competition of technical personnel and product price for grabbing customers，has caused the increased operating costs of pet hospitals，while the growth of revenue has slowed down with declined overall profit. Therefore，operators are seeking ways to increase revenue through various channels. This paper aims to logically analyze the revenue growth of pet hospitals from different aspects，including positioning，stage goals，underlying logic of revenue growth，growth model，and the corresponding methodology. Only by mastering this logic，can we explore the constant in all changes and grasp the essence of various problems，so as to develop appropriate strategies to achieve effective and sustainable growth of pet hospitals' revenue. The current review can provide reference on revenue growth strategy for pet hospital operators.
