In order to better promote the application of ultrasonic scalpel in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of pets，this paper reviewed the diagnosis and treatment process of a feline sublingual tumor treated with ultrasonic scalpel，analyzed its clinical symptoms，diagnosis，treatment，postoperative care and recovery，and discussed the difference between ultrasonic scalpel sublingual tumor resection and traditional surgery. The results showed that the sublingual mass was diagnosed as collagen fiber hyperplasia by histopathology；Compared with traditional sublingual tumor resection，ultrasonic scalpel resection has the advantages of less damage，less bleeding，accurate cutting and better prognosis. It is recommended that ultrasonic scalpel should be promoted in veterinary surgery.
