Abstract: In order to understand the epidemiology and the vaccine immunization status of themajor animalZijin County. infectious diseases in the area，including highly pathogenic avian influenza，Newcastle disease，African swine fever， highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome，foot and mouth disease，swine fever，swine pseudorabies，brucellosis，and peste des petits ruminants，4978 samples collected from domestic animals in Zijin County in 2021 were tested by molecular and serological methods. The results showed that the domestic animal population has high antibodies against those major animal infectious diseases in Zijin County，and no other major animal pathogens was detected，which indicated that immunization effect and control of animal diseases were good in

摘要： 为掌握紫金县高致病性禽流感、新城疫、非洲猪瘟、高致病性猪蓝耳病、口蹄疫、猪 瘟、猪伪狂犬病、布鲁氏菌病、小反刍兽疫等动物重要疫病流行及疫苗免疫情况，对2021年紫 金县采集的4 978份畜禽样品进行了病原学及血清学检测及监测。检测结果显示，2021年紫金 县重要动物疫病免疫抗体水平均较高，未检测出重要动物疫病病原，这表明紫金县重要动物 疫病免疫效果及防控效果均较好。
