羽毛角蛋白的生物降解及其在畜禽生产中的应用

Microbial Degradation Mechanism of Keratin and Its Applications in Livestock and Poultry Production

摘要: 随着全球家禽产业的快速发展,羽毛废弃物的产生量持续增加。羽毛中角蛋白含量高达90%以上,结构稳定、难以降解。传统处理方式(如焚烧、填埋)易造成环境污染和资源浪费。因此,羽毛的高效资源化利用日益受到重视。该文系统综述并比较了物理法、化学法及微生物法这三种羽毛降解工艺的优缺点;重点探讨了菌酶协同降解羽毛蛋白的改进方法、降解机制及其产物在动物生产中的应用进展;并对高效降解菌株筛选、酶分子改造及新工艺开发进行了展望,以期为羽毛废弃物的高效、绿色利用提供参考。

Abstract: The rapid expansion of the global poultry industry has led to a continuous increase in feather waste. Feathers contain more than 90% keratin,a structurally stable protein that is difficult to degrade. Conventional disposal methods often result in environmental pollution and resource wastage. Therefore,the efficient utilization of feathers has garnered increasing attention. This paper compares three different feather degradation processes and their respective advantages and disadvantages,discusses improved microbial ? enzymatic synergistic methods for feather protein degradation,and reviews the application of degradation products in animal production. It also provides an outlook on the screening of highly efficient feather?degrading strains and the development of novel degradation processes,offering insights for the efficient utilization of feather waste.
