摘要： 2025年7月，湖南省某市人民医院报告1例鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌感染疑似病例。为查明原因，分析可能存在的风险因素，以便及时提出防控建议，通过现场调查、入户询问和实验检测等方法，对该起疑似疫情进行了现场流行病学紧急调查。调查结果显示，病例关联动物临床健康无异常，鼻疽菌素点眼反应阴性，排除鼻疽伯克霍尔德菌感染风险；宏基因测序显示多噬伯克霍尔德菌在患者样本中含量最高。

Abstract: In July 2025，a suspected case of Burkholderia pseudomallei infection was reported at a municipal hospital in a certain city of Hunan Province. To determine the cause，analyze potential risk factors and inform timely control measures，an emergency field epidemiological investigation was conducted using site inspections，household interviews，and laboratory testing. Investigation results showed that contact animals exhibited normal clinical health and tested negative in the mallein test，ruling out the risk of Burkholderia pseudomallei infection. Metagenomic sequencing identified that Burkholderia multivorans as the predominant pathogen in patient samples.
