睫角守宫的人工饲养与繁殖

摘要: 睫角守宫是一种新兴的特种经济动物,虽然其人工饲养历史较短,但发展潜力巨 大。该文总结了人工饲养与繁殖睫角守宫的关键技术,旨在为其规模化养殖提供科学依据。 通过对饲养环境调控(如提供攀爬设施、控制温湿度)、日常管理(饲料配比、蜕皮与断尾处理) 及繁殖策略(发情判断、孵化条件优化)的总结概括,系统分析了睫角守宫养殖的特性与难点。 结果表明:睫角守宫饲养环境需模拟树栖习性,容器高度、攀爬木(如葡萄牙软木)和湿度 (70%-80%)是预防“松软尾”和蜕皮困难的关键;在繁殖管理中,种群体重(雌性≥40 g,雄性≥ 75 g)和孵化温度(22.7-24.4℃)显著影响后代性别比例与健康;疾病防治需重点关注缺钙、肠胃 寄生虫及环境应激(如缩头症)。睫角守宫养殖需平衡生态习性与人工干预,虽然其市场需求 增长迅速,但规模化繁殖仍面临孵化率不稳定、品系遗传调控不足等挑战。该文为提升睫角守 宫养殖效率与福利提供了实践指导,对推动爬宠产业发展具有重要参考价值。

Abstract: The crested gecko(Correlophus ciliatus)is an emerging specialty economic animal with a relatively short history in captive breeding but significant developmental potential. This review synthesizes critical technologies for its artificial husbandry and reproduction,aiming to provide a scientific foundation for large⁃scale farming. By analyzing habitat setup (e.g., climbing structures, temperature/humidity control), daily management (diet formulation,handling of shedding and tail autotomy handling),and breeding strategies(estrus detection,incubation optimization),this study systematically examines the characteristics and challenges of C. ciliatus aquaculture. Key findings demonstrate that habitat design must simulate arboreal niches,where container height,cork bark(e.g., Portuguese cork wood),and humidity(70%-80%)are essential to prevent floppy tail syndrome as well as shedding complications. Reproductive success depends on breeder body weight(females ≥40 g,males ≥75 g)and incubation temperature(22.7-24.4℃),which significantly influence offspring sex ratio and viability. Disease management should prioritize calcium deficiency, gastrointestinal parasites, and environmental stressors (e.g., head ⁃ shrinking syndrome). In conclusions,Sustainable C. ciliatus farming necessitates balancing natural behavioral ecology with human intervention in captive environments. Despite rapidly growing market demand,scaling production faces challenges such as unstable hatching rates and insufficient genetic understanding of morphs traits. This review provides practical guidelines to enhance farming efficiency and animal welfare,offering actionable insights for advancing the reptile pet industry.
