摘要: 当前高校动物生产类专业人才培养体系仍面临“教与产”脱节、“研与用”分离的结构性矛盾,导致人才培养与产业需求脱钩。该文剖析了畜牧养殖行业人才需求新特点,梳理了现有人才培养模式的瓶颈;并以华南农业大学科产教融合实践教学基地建设为案例,阐述了该基地通过构建“3.5+0.5”育人模式、打造“双师型”师资、重构课程结构体系、建设共享实践平台等具体举措,旨在为深化产教融合和创新人才培养模型提供实践范式。

Abstract: The current talent cultivation system in animal production programs in higher education still faces structural contradictions,such as the disjunction between“education and industry”and the separation of“research from application,”leading to a misalignment between talent development and industry needs. This paper analyzes the new characteristics of talent demands in the animal husbandry industry and examines the bottlenecks in existing talent cultivation models. Using the construction of the Industry-Academia-Research Integrated Practical Teaching Base at South China Agricultural University as a case study,it elaborates on specific measures implemented by the base, including the establishment of a“3.5 + 0.5”education model,the development of dual - qualified teachers,the restructuring of the curriculum system,and the creation of shared practical platforms. The study aims to provide practical paradigms for deepening industry􀆼education integration and innovating talent cultivation mechanisms.
