草食动物饲养学课程教学改革:思政、实践与跨学科融合的创新路径

Teaching Reform in the Herbivore Feeding Science Courses: Innovative Approaches Integrating Ideological and Political Education, Practical Application,and Interdisciplinary Integration

摘要: 《草食动物饲养学》作为草业科学专业的核心课程,在人才培养中具有重要地位。然而,传统教学模式存在理论与实践脱节、教学方式单一、跨学科融合不足等问题。该文以云南农业大学的课程改革为例,探索了多元融合的教学路径:一是系统融入思政元素,培养学生的家国情怀、生态文明理念和职业责任感;二是强化实践与案例分析,建立“基础实验?综合实训?校外实践”的三级递进模式,提高学生解决实际问题的能力;三是推动跨学科知识融合,将饲养学与生态学、经济学、食品科学及信息技术有机结合,拓展学生的综合素养与创新思维。综上,这一教学改革模式能够有效提升学生的专业技能、社会责任感与跨学科视野,为畜牧业应用型人才培养提供了有益借鉴。

Abstract: As a core course in Grassland Science,“Herbivore Feeding Science”holds significant importance in talent cultivation. However,traditional teaching models suffer from disconnections between theory and practice, monotonous teaching methods,and insufficient interdisciplinary integration. This paper,taking the curriculum reform at Yunnan Agricultural University as an example,explores a multifaceted integrated teaching approach:firstly, systematically incorporating ideological and political elements to cultivate students‘national pride,ecological civilization awareness,and professional responsibility;secondly,strengthening practical training and case analysis by establishing a three⁃tier progressive model of“basic experiments⁃comprehensive training⁃external practice”to enhance students’ability to solve real ⁃ world problems;thirdly,promoting interdisciplinary knowledge integration by combining feeding science with ecology,economics,food science,and information technology to broaden students ‘comprehensive literacy and innovative thinking. In a word,this teaching reform model effectively improves students’ professional skills,social responsibility,and interdisciplinary perspective,providing valuable insights for cultivating applied talents in animal husbandry.
