Screening of Vaterinary Drug Residues in Animal􀆼derived Food Origin by High Resolution Mass Spectrometry

摘要: 该文介绍建立了乌鸡肉、鸡蛋、牛肉、羊肉中83种药物及其化合物的高分辨质谱库 及超高效液相色谱?四级杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UPLC?Q?Obitrap)筛查确证方法。分两步 提取:均质后的试样,先使用2 mL水溶液进行提取,然后使用8 mL乙腈进行提取。提取液经 通过式净化柱后,氮吹后复溶,用UPLC?Q?Obitrap进行分析。方法的筛查限为5.0-20 μg/kg。 3个加标水平的平均回收率范围为60%-110%。该方法简便,快速准确,适用于快速筛查与确 证分析乌鸡肉、鸡蛋、羊肉和牛肉中的药物及其化合物残留。

Abstract: This paper describes the development of mass spectrometry library and the method of screening and confirming 83 drugs and their metabolites in black⁃bone chicken meat,eggs,beef,and mutton using ultra⁃high performance liquid chromatography ⁃ quadrupole ⁃ obitrap high resolution mass spectrometry (UHPLC ⁃ Q/Obitrap HRMS). A two⁃step procedure was employed:homogenized samples were first extracted with 2 mL aqueous solution, followed by a second extraction using 8 mL of acetonitrile. The extract was then passed through a purification column, reconstituted after nitrogen blow⁃down,and analyzed by UHPLC⁃Q/Obitrap. The screening detection limits ranged from 5.0- 20 μg/kg. Average recoveries across three spiked concentration levels were 60%- 110%. This method proved to be straightforward,rapid and reliable,making it suitable for the rapid screening and confirmation analysis of veterinary drug residues in black⁃bone chicken meat,eggs,beef and mutton.
