黑水鸡的人工孵化与人工育雏

摘要: 该文通过模拟黑水鸡(Gallinula chloropus)的自然孵化环境,即调控温度、湿度等关键 参数,并在孵化后对黑水鸡幼雏进行适宜的饲养和护理,以探究黑水鸡的人工孵化与育雏方 法。结果表明:黑水鸡人工孵化期为18-20 d,其中多数为19 d;黑水鸡卵重为(18.33±1.00)g, 卵径为(42.14±0.79)mm ×(29.24±0.64)mm,卵形指数为1.45±0.03;在孵化温度为37.8℃、相对 湿度为55%的条件下,孵化率为88.89%;黑水鸡受精卵在孵化过程中呈现不同程度的失重,失 重与孵化天数呈线性关系,线性回归方程为y=-0.1133x+18.339,R2=0.998;黑水鸡幼雏的生长 发育符合Logistic 、Gomertz 和Von Bertalanffy 生长曲线模型,曲线拟合度(R2)分别为0.981、 0.963、0.955,其中Logistic模型拟合度最高。Logistic方程为y=172.68(/ 1+21.587e-0.132609t),拐点 质量A/2=86.34 g,拐点日龄lnB/k=23.16 d。研究结果对于黑水鸡的人工孵化和育雏管理提供 了重要的理论依据和实践经验,为提高黑水鸡的繁育水平奠定了技术基础。

Abstract:

By simulating the natural incubation environment of the Common Moorhen(Gallinula chloropus), including the regulation of temperature and humidity,and providing appropriate rearing and care of the hatchlings, this study aimed to explore artificial incubation and chick-rearing methods for the species. The results demonstrated that the artificial incubation period of the Common Moorhen ranged from 18 to 20 days,with the majority hatching at 19 days. The average weight and dimensions of Common Moorhen eggs were(18.33±1.00)g,(42.14±0.79)mm × (29.24±0.64)mm respectively,with an egg shape index of(1.45±0.03). Under+incubation conditions of 37.8℃ temperature and 55% relative humidity,the hatching rate reached 88.89% . Fertilized Common Moorhen eggs exhibited varying degrees of weight loss during incubation,which exhibited a linear relationship with incubation days, as described by the linear regression equation y=- 0.1133x + 18.339(R2=0.998). The growth and development of Common Moorhen chicks conforms to the Logistic,Gomertz,and Von Bertalanffy growth curve models,with the curve fitting degrees R2 being 0.981,0.963,and 0.955,respectively. Among these,the Logistic model exhibited the highest fitting degree. The Logistic equation is y=172.68(/ 1+21.587e-0.132609t)with a curve fit of R2=0.981. The inflection point mass A/2 was 86.34 g,and the inflection point age lnB/k was 23.16 days. These findings provide important theoretical foundation and practical insights for guiding the artificial incubation and chick rearing management of Common Moorhens,thus offering practical technical support for improving their breeding efficiency.
