右美托咪定联合阿法沙龙对红耳龟麻醉效果的观察

Observation on the Anesthetic Effect of Dexmetomidine Combined with Alfaxalone on Trachemys scripta elegans

摘要: 为探讨水栖龟类的临床麻醉药物组合与麻醉效果,试验采用右美托咪定(0.05 mg/kg) 联合阿法沙龙(5 mg/kg)对9只红耳龟(Trachemys scripta elegans)进行麻醉试验,分别记录麻醉 诱导期、麻醉期和麻醉苏醒期的时间和试验动物表现,以评估药物镇静、镇痛及肌松等效果;采 集试验动物血液和心率等指标,以评估麻醉对试验动物生理常数的影响。结果表明:该药物组 合作用于红耳龟使得诱导期时长为(12.11±2.86)min,且可提供(51.89±7.21)min的有效麻醉时 间,麻醉过程中试验动物表现平稳,无不良反应。使用颉颃剂阿替美唑(0.5 mg/kg)进行肌肉注 射,试验动物在(18.22±4.42)min后完全苏醒。麻醉操作对试验动物血液生化指标和心率影响 总体不显著。说明该组合和剂量适合作为水栖龟类的临床麻醉。

Abstract: In order to explore the clinical anesthesia drug combination and anesthesia effect of aquatic turtles,a trial was conducted using Dexmedetomidine(0.05 mg/kg)combined with Afaxalone(5 mg / kg)to anesthetize nine Trachemys scripta elegans.The time and behavioral manifestations of the experimental animals during the induction period,anesthesia period and recovery period were recorded respectively to evaluate the effects of the drugs on sedation,analgesia and muscle .Blood tests and detection of body indicators such as heart rate were conducted on the experimental animals to assess the effect of anesthesia on animal physiological constants. The results showed that the combination of the drugs has an anesthesia induction period of(12.11±2.86)min for Trachemys scripta elegans,and can provide an effective anesthesia induction of(51.89±7.21)min. During the anesthesia process,the experimental animals was stable and showed no adverse reactions. After intramuscular injection of the Atipamezole(0.5 mg/kg),the animals fully recovered after(18.22±4.42)min. The overall effect of anesthesia operation on the blood biochemical indicators and heart rate of the experimental was not significant,indicating that this combination and dosage are suitable for clinical anesthesia of aquatic turtles.
