Abstract: Gallbladder mucocele is a gallbladder disease with abnormal accumulation of large amount of mucus in the gallbladder，which makes the gallbladder expand. The main clinical manifestations are vomiting and diarrhea. In this paper，the case of a 14 ? year?old Pomeranian dog with gallbladder mucocele was reported. The dogs was presented with symptoms of vomiting and decreased appetite. Blood biochemical exam showed the total bilirubin and alanine aminotransferase increased significantly. B ?mode ultrasonography showed typical sonographic features of gallbladder mucocele.The image features of DR exam are not typical. According to the results of clinical examination，blood cell examination，biochemical examination，and imaging examination，gallbladder mucocele was diagnosed. After a week of rehydration therapy，anti ? inflammatory medication and liver and gallbladder protectant treatment，the dog recovered. Oral medication was then prescribed. Follow?up visit showed no further conditions.
