摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文主要从舌下免疫疗法（SLIT）在人医及兽医的研究现状、机制以及在兽医临床上的应用、治疗方案等方面对目前宠物过敏性疾病的免疫治疗方案进行研究与总结，得到并继续优化整理更加全面的方案以及案例，使舌下免疫疗法得到更加充分的临床数据支持，并分析讨论目前国内外舌下脱敏疗法治疗过敏性疾病在宠物临床应用情况、标准化制订、存在的问题以及未来的方向。

关键词: 犬；特应性皮炎；舌下免疫疗法

Abstract: The current paper reviewed sublingual immunotherapy （SLIT） methods for treating pet allergic diseases from four aspects，including an overview of SLIT in human and veterinary medicine，its mechanism and application in veterinary clinic，and a summary of treatment schemes. The clinical application of SLIT for treating allergic diseases in pets in China and abroad，existing problems，and future directions were also analyzed and discussed.
