广东省玉米秸杆青贮技术

摘要: 青贮饲料具有营养价值高、适口性好、消化率高的特点,是牛羊的常用粗饲料。同 时青贮技术的应用,使秸秆变废为宝,减少环境污染。北方地区饲料青贮技术已普遍推广应 用,而广东省青贮饲料的产量极少。笔者经过6年的实践,总结出适合广东省气候地理条件的 玉米秸杆青贮技术,本文从青贮季节和方式的选择、青贮容器的准备、添加剂EM菌的使用技 术、青贮操作流程、品质鉴定等五个方面详细阐述了玉米秸杆青贮的关键技术,以期为广大养 殖户提供技术借鉴,也为我省秸杆资源化利用提供技术支撑。

Abstract: Silage is a common roughage for cattle and sheep,with the characteristics of high nutritional value, good palatability and high digestibility. What’s more,the application of silage technology turns the waste straw into treasure and reduces environmental pollution. Silage technology has been widely applied in northern China,whereas the yield of silage in Guangdong Province is very small. With six years’practice,the author summarizes the corn straw silage technology which is suitable for the climatic and geographical conditions in Guangdong Province. In the present study,the key technologies of corn straw silage were described in detail from five aspects:the selection of silage season and way,the preparation of silage container,the use of EM bacteria as additive in silage,the operation process of silage and quality identification,aimed at providing technical reference for farmers and technical support for the resource utilization of straw in Guangdong Province.
