现代鱼菜共生技术研究进展

摘要: 随着水产养殖业的发展,规模化、集约化和高密度养殖在带来巨大经济效益的同 时,也带来了诸多环境问题。目前,水产养殖业不仅大量消耗水资源和营养物质,也给生态环 境带来极大负担。鱼菜共生技术的诞生,有效解决当下水产养殖带来的诸多问题。鱼菜共生 技术是一种新型复合农业耕种体系,具有低碳节约、简单方便、产量高及不会产生二次污染等 特点。该文围绕鱼菜共生技术的发展史、系统构成要素以及功能应用进行综述,并对未来鱼菜 共生技术的发展方向进行展望。

Abstract: With the development of aquaculture,large ? scale,intensive and high ? density aquaculture not only bring huge economic benefits,but also bring many environmental problems. At present,aquaculture not only consumes a lot of water resources and nutrients,but also brings a great burden to the ecological environment. The fish and vegetable symbiosis technology has effectively solved many problems by aquaculture. Aquaponics is a new type of compound farming system with low?carbon,simple and convenient,high yield and no secondary pollution. This paper discusses the development history,system components,and functional applications of aquaponics technology,and provides an outlook on the future development direction of aquaponics technology.
