摘要: 宠物食品是介于人类和传统畜禽饲料之间的高档动物食品。本文通过对宠物食品 行业发展的难点问题入手,综述了宠物食品中替代蛋白资源、加工技术和产品多样性方面的研 究进展,分析了宠物食品原料中蛋白短缺的问题,结合人类食品加工技术和产品形式,对宠物 食品当前面临的资源冲突、技术需求、产品功能性和差异化等方面做了总结,为宠物食品行业 的发展提供参考依据。

Abstract: Pet food is the high ?end animal food between human and traditional livestock and poultry feed. This paper starts with the difficulties in the development of the pet food industry,then summarizes the research progress of alternative protein resources,processing technology and product diversity in pet food,and analyzes the problem of protein shortage in pet food raw materials. Combined with human food processing technology and products,we summarizes the resource conflicts,technical requirements,product functionality and differentiation currently faced by pet food,and provides a reference for the development of the pet food industry.
